When do I get upgraded to VIP or ICON? Automatically! Once you hit $500 spend in a calendar year, you're VIP. Hit $1,000, you're ICON. You'll get an email when you unlock each tier.

When does my spend reset? January 1st every year. Your annual spend resets, but your points never expire (as long as your account stays active).

What if I don't hit $500 or $1,000 this year? No problem. You stay an INSIDER and keep all your INSIDER perks. Shop at your own pace—there's no pressure.

Can I lose my tier status? Yes. If you don't hit the spend threshold in the next calendar year, you'll drop back to the tier that matches your spend. But your points stay safe.

Do my points expire? INSIDER points expire after 12 months of no account activity. VIP and ICON points never expire.

Can I use my discount on sale items? INSIDER: No. VIP & ICON: YES. Your 15% (VIP) or 20% (ICON) discount stacks with sales.

Can I share my perks with friends? Your member discount is personal, but you can refer friends to join (and we'll reward you both—coming soon!).

What's in the quarterly gift box? It's a surprise! Past boxes included: exclusive lace samples, limited-edition thongs, luxury sleep masks, self-care treats, and early access to unreleased collections.

Can I gift a membership? You can't gift tier status, but you can gift NUNI X products! Your recipient can join the club themselves (for free) and start earning.
