At NUNI X, we want you to feel absolutely confident in your purchase. We understand that finding the perfect fit in intimate apparel can be challenging, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day returns policy.
30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached.
What qualifies for return:
- Unworn items with original tags attached
- Items in original, unopened packaging (for hygiene items)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
What doesn't qualify:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without tags or packaging
- Sale/clearance items marked "final sale"
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We've got you covered.
How exchanges work:
- Contact us at [your email] within 30 days of delivery
- Return your unworn item with tags attached
- We'll send your replacement as soon as we receive your return
- Exchange shipping is free within Australia
International exchanges: You cover return shipping; we'll cover shipping your replacement.
How to Return
Step 1: Email us at admin@nunix.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (helps us improve!)
Step 2: We'll send you a return label (Australia only) or return instructions
Step 3: Pack your items securely with original tags attached
Step 4: Ship it back using our prepaid label or your preferred courier
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return (within 2-3 business days), we'll process your refund
Refunds
Refund method: Original payment method Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return Shipping costs: Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product)
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged or defective? We're so sorry—that's not the NUNI X standard.
Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at [your email] with:
- Photos of the damage/defect
- Your order number
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping) right away.
Wrong Item Sent
Our mistake? We'll make it right.
If we sent you the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days
- We'll send the correct item immediately
- We'll cover all return and replacement shipping costs
- You keep any incorrect items as our apology
Change of Mind
We get it—sometimes it's just not quite right.
Australia: Free returns within 30 days (we'll send you a prepaid label) International: You cover return shipping; we'll refund the item cost once received
Hygiene & Safety
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items with tags removed
- Opened hygiene-sealed products (unless defective)
This policy protects you and ensures every NUNI X piece you receive is brand new.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Sale items: Returnable within 30 days (standard policy applies) Final sale items: All sales final—no returns or exchanges (clearly marked at checkout)
